1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the pupil”) and MSBG Driving School (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the provision of intensive driving tuition.

1.2 By booking a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1.3 I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via the MSBG Driving School email.

2. Eligibility
2.1 You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence (or full licence if applicable) and present it to your instructor at the start of your first lesson.

2.2 You must be legally entitled to drive in the UK and meet the minimum eyesight requirements as set out by the DVSA.

2.3 You must inform me at the time of booking of any medical conditions, disabilities, or driving convictions that may affect your ability to drive or take the test.

2.4 Failure to disclose relevant information may result in your course being cancelled without refund.

3. Course Content & Structure
3.1 Each intensive driving course consists of the number of hours booked, which may include time allocated for the practical driving test.

3.2 Lessons will be scheduled, and the timetable will be agreed in advance between you and your instructor. All training hours are to be completed within the course schedule.

3.3 Additional driving hours can be booked at the standard hourly rate of [£X for manual / £X for automatic]. Please call for further updates.

3.4 The aim to provide the same instructor and vehicle for the duration of your course, but this cannot be guaranteed in cases of illness, breakdown, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments
4.1 A non-refundable deposit of [25% of the course fee] is required to secure your booking.

4.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than [21 days] before the course start date.

4.3 If payment balance is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

4.4 We accept payment via [Bank Transfer method]

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations made within [14 days] of the start date are non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellations made more than [21 days] before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.

5.3 You are bound by accepting these T&C’s and the dates times etc in the Booking Confirmation letter email addressed to you. If you cancel any of the specially / tailored  individual days in the course no further bookings will be permitted and any payments made will be forfeited.

5.4 In the event of instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will reschedule affected lessons at no additional cost.

5.5 MSBG is not responsible for any costs (Travel, Accommodation, DVSA test cancelations) incurred by you due to lesson cancellations beyond our control.

6. Test Bookings & Readiness
6.1 You need to book your practical driving test with the DVSA driving test scheduling.

6.2 You are required to have a discussion with the instructor before booking a DVSA practical test.

6.3 If you are not deemed test-ready by your instructor, MSBG reserve the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for the test. MSBG is not responsible for the loss of your DVSA test fee.

6.4 If your test is cancelled by the DVSA, you should be given a replacement test by the DVSA. MSBG will work with you to find a space for that test day but there is no guarantee and MSBG is not liable for any associated costs.

7. Pupil Responsibilities
7.1 You must arrive on time for all lessons. Late arrival may result in reduced lesson time without refund or the total loss of the lesson without refund.

7.2 You must attend lessons in a fit state to drive — this includes being free from the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your ability.

7.3 You are responsible for bringing your driving licence to every lesson and the test day.

8. Instructor & Vehicle Availability
8.1 While I make every effort to ensure continuity, MSBG cannot guarantee the same vehicle for every lesson.

8.2 In the event of unavoidable changes, I will provide a suitable replacement vehicle.

8.3 All vehicles are maintained to a high standard and are fully insured for tuition and test purposes.

9. Liability
9.1 MSBG not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained during lessons, except, where caused by my negligence.

10. Complaints
10.1 In the event of a complaint. You will be expected to contact MSBG directly and I will endeavour to resolve the issue.

11. Privacy
11.1 It must be understood and acknowledged that personal data will be held in connection with your bookings.

12.Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
